  16.    This license agreement protects the rights of members of the Harvard
  17. Computer Society (HCS) for their work, both electronic and printed.
  18. It outlines the restrictions and procedures on any work produced by a
  19. Harvard Computer Society member declared under the protection of this

  22.    All work produced by a Harvard Computer Society member under this
  23. license is copyrighted and freely distributable.  Software distributed
  24. under the license is neither shareware not freeware.  No mandatory
  25. registration can be charged (although donations are generally
  26. welcome), and all work is copyrighted by the author.  Commercial
  27. redistribution is prohibited.  There is no warranty on any software.

  29.    The source code for all work is distributable under conditions set
  30. by the author.  Source may be freely distributable, distributable for
  31. a fee, or not distributable at all!  Source code may be modified for
  32. individual use only.  Redistribution of modified source code is
